Addressing Physician Specialty Maldistribution—Reply

Since this article does not have an abstract, we have provided the first 63 words of the full text and any section headings.

In Reply: Dr Rabinowitz is to be congratulated for adding another potential solution to the current geographic and specialty physician maldistribution in the United States. Clearly, no single approach has eliminated the problem, so it is most likely that many solutions, each partially solving the problem, will be necessary to ensure that everyone in all communities will have access to good medical care.
